Quick Summary

The Hollow, Roblox's nine-game Halloween crossover, hit its live finale on October 31 and stops handing out rewards at noon PST on November 2. Here's what's left to claim, plus a full breakdown of what the Roblox Plus subscription — including its Hollow-specific perks — actually costs and includes.

Roblox's biggest Halloween crossover, The Hollow, is now in its closing stretch. The platform-wide event hit its live finale on the morning of October 31, and the window to finish collecting its exclusive rewards closes at noon PST on November 2. Alongside the event, Roblox has spent this year rolling out Roblox Plus, the paid membership that replaced Roblox Premium — and Plus subscribers get several perks built specifically around events like this one. Here's what's happening before The Hollow wraps up, and everything Roblox Plus actually includes.

1. What's Happening Today: The Hollow's Live Finale

The Hollow launched on October 22, 2026 at 2 p.m. PT as a shared, platform-wide survival hub spanning nine different Roblox horror games. According to Roblox's official announcement, the event's live finale took place on the morning of October 31 — today — and the window for players to keep collecting event rewards runs through noon PST on November 2, 2026, after which The Hollow closes for the season.

Throughout the event, creator champions LimaMosca, KreekCraft, Bundun, and SirDapper have been livestreaming from inside the Hollow hub to help players uncover clues, and Roblox says the hub "becomes increasingly unsettling" as the nine-day run progresses.

2. Nine Games, Nine Monsters: How The Hollow Works

The Hollow is built around a shared hub that changes daily. Roblox's official rundown describes the format simply: each day, players entering the hub find a new maze to navigate, search for clues, and evade that day's monster, with a different one entering the event every day across its nine-day run. Completing quests earns exclusive UGC (user-generated content) items and rewards that help players survive additional nights.

Roblox confirmed nine participating games and their monster tie-ins:

  • The Deer — 99 Nights in the Forest
  • Seek — DOORS
  • Twisted Dandy — Dandy's World
  • Piggy — Piggy
  • The Inspector — Scary Shawarma Kiosk
  • Mimic — Animal Hospital
  • Biter — Demonology
  • Hiachi — The Mimic
  • The Overseer — Warden

Roblox's announcement didn't publish which monster was assigned to which specific calendar day, so treat any day-by-day schedule you see elsewhere as unofficial. The eligibility requirement is simply a Roblox account; Roblox lists the event as generally available to ages 9 and up, though access can vary by region.

3. The Marketplace Rewards and the November 2 Cutoff

The Hollow added a set of limited-time Halloween avatar items to the Marketplace, including the Hollow Horseman bundle, a run of exclusive avatar accessories, and new seasonal makeup looks. These are tied to the event window: Roblox's own announcement is explicit that reward collection continues only until noon PST on November 2, after the live finale. If you've been meaning to finish quests or redeem UGC drops from The Hollow, this week is the last chance before the hub rotates out for the season.

Roblox also paired The Hollow with a retail tie-in: a $20 physical "Roblox Mini Pack" card, sold at Target, containing 40 coins that each redeem for 50 Robux.

4. What Roblox Plus Subscribers Get During The Hollow

Roblox built a few Hollow-specific perks around its Roblox Plus subscription. According to the official event announcement, Plus subscribers got early access to the hub at noon PT on launch day — two hours before everyone else — along with an exclusive profile frame and background, and an in-event item launcher that lets subscribers gift items directly to other players during the event. Roblox notes that the Plus subscriber's event theme stays available even after the finale ends, unlike the standard rewards.

None of that requires a separate purchase beyond the regular Roblox Plus subscription — which is worth explaining on its own, since it's a relatively new program that replaced Roblox Premium earlier this year.

5. What Is Roblox Plus? Price and Every Perk, Explained

Roblox Plus launched globally on April 30, 2026, priced at $4.99 USD per month. According to Roblox's own developer forum announcement, subscribers get:

  • Purchase discounts: 10% off in-game items, avatar items, and more from day one, rising to 20% starting your third consecutive subscribed month. Roblox funds the discount itself, so creators still earn their normal share.
  • Free, unlimited private servers across all supported experiences, with no per-server fee.
  • Fee-free Robux transfers: only Plus subscribers can send Robux this way, though the recipient doesn't need a subscription. Users under 18 need parental approval for each transfer.
  • Avatar trading and reselling of eligible limited items.
  • Avatar publishing: the ability to publish and sell your own avatar items on the Marketplace.
  • A profile badge marking you as a Plus subscriber.

Roblox also said it would add optional bundles called Plus 500, Plus 1000, and Plus 2000 — each pairing the subscription with a recurring monthly Robux allowance — "soon" after launch. The original announcement did not publish pricing for those bundles, and Roblox has not published updated bundle pricing since, so treat any specific bundle price you see elsewhere as unconfirmed.

6. Roblox Plus vs. Roblox Premium: What Actually Changed

Roblox Plus didn't launch alongside Premium — it replaced it for new subscribers. As of April 30, 2026, Roblox stopped accepting new Premium sign-ups entirely. Existing Premium members got to keep their plan, including their monthly Robux stipend, trading, and publishing access, and were offered a free one-month trial of Plus that stacked on top of their existing subscription.

The one hard deadline that did apply to existing Premium members: starting May 30, 2026, Premium's 10% bonus on additional Robux purchases and the Premium branding/logo were discontinued. Anyone who cancelled Premium after that point cannot resubscribe to it — Plus is now the only membership path open to new and returning subscribers.

On the creator side, Roblox funds the Plus discount itself (so item prices effectively drop for buyers without cutting into creator revenue), pays creators up to 100 Robux per Plus subscriber who spends 60+ cumulative minutes in a paid private server within 30 days, and gives creators a 250 Robux-per-month bonus for a subscriber's first three months when someone signs up for Plus through their game.

7. Other Halloween Events Still Live on Roblox

The Hollow isn't the only seasonal content running right now. Roblox's Family Zone has a Duck Duck Halloween crossover where parents and kids hunt for costumed ducks while covering online-safety basics. Adopt Me! brought back its Hauntlet minigame with new pets and rewards, and Welcome to Bloxburg added Halloween minigames including Pumpkin Panic and Ghost Hunt with both personal and group rewards. 8. Quick Tips Before The Hollow Closes

  • Finish any unclaimed Hollow quests and UGC rewards before noon PST on November 2 — Roblox has not signaled an extension.
  • Roblox Plus subscribers keep their event-exclusive profile theme after the finale, even though standard event rewards stop being collectible.
  • Check the hub daily if you haven't already — Roblox never published an official day-by-day monster schedule, so the only reliable way to see which monster is active is to check in person.
  • If you're deciding whether Roblox Plus is worth it beyond this event, weigh it against what you'd otherwise spend on private servers or Robux transfer fees — those are the perks with the clearest ongoing value.
  • Roblox Premium is closed to new subscribers; Roblox Plus is now the only subscription path for trading and avatar-publishing access if you don't already have Premium.
