Quick Summary

Fortnite's Treasure Hunters mini-season launched November 1, 2026, bringing a One Piece crossover, the new 80-player Crossbones Isle, usable Luffy and Zoro powers, and a confirmed December 5 date for the Chapter 7 end event.

Fortnite's newest mini-season, Treasure Hunters, went live on November 1, 2026, and it is built around a full crossover with Shueisha and Toei Animation's One Piece. A new 80-player island, a rotating cast of weekly "captains," a Devil Fruit power players can actually use in Battle Royale, and a confirmed date for the Chapter 7 end event all arrived in the same update. Here is everything officially confirmed so far, straight from Epic's own announcement.

This is a mini-season rather than a full chapter reset, so existing Chapter 7 progress, the core map and most systems carry over — the new content layers on top of it for the next several weeks.

1. What Is Fortnite Treasure Hunters?

Treasure Hunters is Fortnite's November 2026 mini-season event, themed around a hunt for hidden loot and led by a rotating lineup of pirate "captains." Epic's own announcement frames it simply: "On November 1, the hunt begins. Players will explore a new Island, fight with One Piece powers and search for mysterious loot on the greatest adventure of all time." Each week introduces a new captain with their own crew and point of interest (POI), and the event is tied directly to a One Piece collaboration featuring Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Chopper, Nico Robin and Portgas D. Ace.

2. Crossbones Isle: The New 80-Player Island

The headline new location is Crossbones Isle, an 80-player island players reach by climbing into a cannon and launching across from the main map. It's a standalone destination built specifically for the mini-season rather than a permanent addition to the core Chapter 7 map.

Arlong Park and Windmill Village

Crossbones Isle recreates two locations straight out of One Piece's East Blue arc: Arlong Park and Windmill Village. Both are named explicitly in Epic's announcement as points of interest players can visit on the new island, giving the crossover a grounded sense of place rather than just reskinned loot.

3. The One Piece Crossover: Powers and Weapons

Unlike a typical cosmetic-only collaboration, Treasure Hunters gives players usable One Piece abilities inside Battle Royale matches.

Luffy's Gum-Gum Fruit and Zoro's Three Sword Style

Players can "jump into action as Luffy with the Gum-Gum Fruit" and "slice through opponents with Zoro's Three Sword Style," according to Epic. The Gum-Gum Fruit is presented as a Devil Fruit-style item, while the Three Sword Style appears to function as a melee weapon modeled on Zoro's signature three-blade technique.

4. Weekly Captains and the A$AP Rocky Battleship

Treasure Hunters rotates in a new "captain" each week, each with their own crew and POI. The Straw Hats and A$AP Rocky lead the way at launch, followed in later weeks by Lil Uzi Vert, Cap'n Hatsune Miku and Kasane Teto.

A$AP Rocky's contribution is the S.S. Rocky, a new battleship POI docked off Crossbones Isle and branded with his AWGE label. Players can "board the S.S. Rocky... and rain rockets from above with A$AP Rocky's Shock Rocket," a new ranged weapon tied to his crew.

5. Captain's Days, Sprites and Weekly Events

Epic is running a recurring event called Captain's Days, when "all-new weapons, Sprites, and more drop on the map." The first Captain's Day kicked off with the season on November 1 at 9 AM ET, with additional Captain's Days confirmed for November 7, 12, 14 and 21.

Mastery Mondays and Treasure Hours Sundays

Two additional recurring events run throughout the mini-season: Mastery Mondays and Treasure Hours Sundays. Per Epic, these add that week's captain's weapons to the start of every match, along with boosted drops, on their respective days. Players chasing specific weapons or faster Sprite progress should plan sessions around these windows. Readers who want the full mechanics behind Sprite leveling can check our existing breakdown of how Sprite mastery and rewards work.

6. The Treasure Hunters Battle Pass

The new Battle Pass is built around the crossover cast. Portgas D. Ace and Nico Robin are the headline outfits, joined by anime-styled reinterpretations of three existing Fortnite characters: Jonesy, Cuddle Team Leader and Charlotte. Epic is also running a gifting incentive — gift the Battle Pass to a friend and you both receive a bonus Dark Kawaii Team Leader Outfit style.

7. Shop Release Schedule: Every Date to Know

Outside the Battle Pass, One Piece and crossover cosmetics are rolling into the Item Shop on a staggered schedule. Epic's confirmed dates are:

  • November 1 (launch): Luffy, Nami and Usopp
  • November 5, 7 PM ET: A$AP Rocky
  • November 7: Zoro, Sanji and the Chopper Sidekick
  • November 12: Lil Uzi Vert
  • November 13: Buggy
  • November 14: Kasane Teto and Cap'n Hatsune Miku

That lines up with the same dates Epic lists for the weekly captain rotation, so expect Shop drops and new map content to land together each week. 8. What's Next: The December 5 Chapter 7 End Event

Buried in the announcement is a scheduling hint for the mini-season's finale: "A little treasure hunting tip: keep Saturday, December 5, open. Time is on your side… for now. Don't miss an unforgettable Chapter 7 end event." Epic has not detailed what the event itself will involve, only confirming the date and that it closes out Chapter 7.

One Piece is not Fortnite's first manga or anime crossover this year — it follows collaborations like the Sonic the Hedgehog crossover and the earlier Kingdom Hearts event, continuing a pattern of licensed content tied to major map or season beats.

Quick Tips Recap
