What is Costcodle?
Costcodle is a free daily guessing game at costcodle.com built around Costco's warehouse prices. Each day it shows the photo and name of one real Costco product and gives you six attempts to guess what it costs. After every guess the game shows an arrow — up if the real price is higher, down if it is lower — and a colour that tells you how far off you are: red for way off, yellow for close, and green when you are within 5% of the actual price, which counts as a win. Everyone gets the same product each day, the puzzle changes at midnight local time, and the puzzle number counts up from the game's launch on September 21, 2023. It runs in any browser with the retro pixel look of an old price tag.
