What is Countryle?
Countryle is a daily geography-guessing game playable free in any browser at countryle.com. Each day it picks one of roughly 195 countries. Type a guess and the game compares it with the answer: a tick or cross for the hemisphere and continent, arrows telling you whether the mystery country is warmer or colder and more or less populous than your guess, and a compass direction pointing from your guess toward the answer. Each clue narrows the map until you land on the right country. One new country drops every day, numbered consecutively, and everyone in the world gets the same puzzle. A sister game, Capitale, does the same for capital cities.
