Quick Summary

Jason and Lucia won't be working alone in Vice City. Here's everything Rockstar has officially confirmed about Cal Hampton, Boobie Ike, Dre'Quan Priest, Real Dimez, Raul Bautista and Brian Heder — the six supporting characters surrounding GTA 6's two leads.

Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos are the two people players actually control in Grand Theft Auto VI, but Rockstar has been just as deliberate about the people orbiting them. Across the game's official screenshots and character materials, six supporting players keep showing up: a conspiracy-addled best friend, a self-made Vice City mogul, a hustler-turned-producer, a rap duo on the rise, a reckless bank robber and an old-school smuggler. Here's everything Rockstar has confirmed about each of them, and how they fit around Jason and Lucia's story.

GTA 6 launches November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and Rockstar has been drip-feeding character and location details through its official GTA VI site and screenshot galleries. None of what follows is a leak or a guess — it's pulled directly from Rockstar's own character bios and confirmed media.

1. Cal Hampton: The Best Friend Who Never Leaves the Couch

Cal Hampton is Jason's closest friend, and about as far from an action hero as Rockstar has ever written. His official introduction leans into it directly, framing him as the kind of guy who treats every internet rumor as gospel. Rockstar's bio describes him as being "at the low tide of America and happy there," with a "casual paranoia loving company."

In practice, Cal spends his time cracking beers, scanning Coast Guard radio frequencies for anything suspicious, and falling down online rabbit holes. He's not chasing the big scores Jason wants — he's content to stay home — which sets up a natural friction between the two as Jason's ambitions grow through the story.

2. Boobie Ike: Vice City's Self-Made Mogul

Boobie Ike is one of the bigger players in Vice City's underworld-adjacent economy, with a business portfolio that spans real estate, a recording studio and a strip club. Rockstar's own line for him is blunt about how he built it: "The club money pay for the studio, and the drug money pay for it all."

Ike isn't positioned as a direct antagonist to Jason and Lucia so much as a fixture of the city they're operating in — someone whose legitimate-looking businesses (the studio in particular) tie several other supporting characters together.

3. Dre'Quan Priest: The Hustler Chasing a Music Empire

Dre'Quan Priest works out of Boobie Ike's studio, Only Raw Records, and Rockstar describes him as "more of a hustler than a gangster." He used to deal on the street to get by, but music was always the actual goal. Now that he's signed Real Dimez to the label, his days booking acts into Ike's strip club may be numbered as he tries to push further into the Vice City music scene.

Dre'Quan is the clearest link between Vice City's criminal economy and its entertainment industry in the cast Rockstar has revealed so far — a theme the series has touched on before, but rarely with a character built specifically around the music business itself.

4. Real Dimez: The Duo Turning Shakedowns Into Hit Records

Real Dimez is a rap duo made up of Bae-Luxe and Roxy, high school friends with a shared history of shaking down local drug dealers before turning that same hustle into music. Rockstar's bio calls them "girls with the savvy to turn their time shaking down local dealers into cold, hard cash via spicy rap tracks and a relentless social media presence."

Signed to Dre'Quan's Only Raw Records, Real Dimez represent the more online, social-media-driven side of Leonida that Rockstar has leaned into throughout GTA 6's marketing — satirical influencer culture sitting right alongside the series' usual crime plotlines.

5. Raul Bautista: The Bank Robber Who Can't Stop Raising the Stakes

Raul Bautista is a seasoned bank robber "always on the hunt for talent ready to take the risks that bring the biggest rewards," according to Rockstar's official description. He's the character most directly tied to the heist side of GTA 6's gameplay, and Rockstar's own framing suggests his recklessness is a feature, not a bug: "Raul's recklessness raises the stakes with every score. Sooner or later, his crew will have to double down or pull their chips from the table."

That line alone suggests Raul's jobs escalate rather than stay safe and repeatable, which lines up with how Rockstar has described GTA 6's mission structure pushing players toward bigger, messier scores as the story goes on.

6. Brian Heder: The Old Smuggler Giving Jason a Place to Crash

Brian Heder is a drug runner from what Rockstar calls "the golden age of smuggling in the Keys," still moving product through his boat yard alongside his third wife, Lori. He's been in the game long enough that he mostly lets other people do the dangerous work now.

Heder matters to Jason specifically because he's letting him live rent-free at one of his properties — with strings attached. Rockstar's bio puts it plainly: Jason gets to stay "so long as he helps with local shakedowns, and stops by for Lori's sangria once in a while." It's a small, grounded arrangement that places Jason firmly in Leonida's existing criminal ecosystem rather than dropping him in as an outsider.

7. Where to See the Cast in Motion

Most of what's known about these characters so far comes from Rockstar's official bios and screenshots rather than extended gameplay footage, but Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look — the roughly 27-minute presentation Rockstar and Netflix released on August 27, 2026 — is the best place to see Jason and Lucia's world in motion, including the kind of chases, heists and quieter character moments the supporting cast is built around.

8. How the Supporting Cast Connects to Jason and Lucia

None of these six characters is a protagonist, but together they sketch out the shape of Leonida's underworld that Jason and Lucia operate inside. Cal gives Jason a low-stakes home base and an early-warning system for police chatter. Brian Heder gives him literal shelter in exchange for favors. Raul Bautista represents the bigger, riskier jobs the story pushes toward. And Boobie Ike, Dre'Quan Priest and Real Dimez form a self-contained music-and-nightlife economy that ties Vice City's legitimate businesses to its criminal ones.

It's a more interconnected supporting cast than Rockstar has detailed this early for past entries in the series, and it fits with how the studio has talked about GTA 6's world generally — less a backdrop for missions and more a place where every character has their own business already running before Jason and Lucia show up.
