Adventure Escape Mysteries: The Squire’s Tale is a recently added new adventure to the series of AEM released by Haiku Games for Mobile Platforms. It has eight exciting chapters to complete; each is set in a unique location to explore. Many puzzles may challenge your detective and puzzle-solving skills; however, completing each puzzle isn’t easy; therefore, we jump in to help you with our well-written Adventure Escape Mysteries: The Squire’s Tale Chapter 2 Walkthrough. We already completed the first chapter and now releasing the walkthrough to the next.
With our guide’s help, you learn how to solve puzzles, play mini-games and reach the end. The first chapter focused on getting the Royal Ruby; this time, you must find the Sword of Light at any cost. You will interact with Dragon Queen, Griffin, and more during the gameplay. Finding the solution may help you escape the room fast. Adventure Escape Mysteries: The Squire’s Tale – Chapter 2 Walkthrough
Cedrick and Martin are on a journey to discover a Sword of Light. Therefore, they stopped at Grim Tops to find clues and solve tricky mysteries.
- First, you must investigate the scene and obtain a fabric from the dragon statue on the left side.
- The stairs next to the dragon statue are dirty, and you must clean the steps using the fabric you recently collected. Examine the color mushrooms continuously growing, and don’t forget to count them as in six different levels the mushrooms are available.
- After calculating the numbers, you will be following: 3, 5, 2, 6, 4, and 2.
- Now, tap the stairs to open the zoom view and start tapping the dots to light them, following the number of mushrooms you recently obtained.

Enter the Building
- You are now in a building where you must discover a Bucket and Wooden Gear from the left side and a Chest Key from the right side near the ladder.
- Use the Chest Key to open the chest on the left side and pick up an axe to cut the vines from around the ladder.
- Grab the ladder from the spot and use the Axe on vines again to make the clear from that area.
- Head to your inventory to choose the ladder and place it near the door.
- Before climbing the ladder, you must pull the handle to run the water through the pipe and click on the pipe above the ladder to reveal a puzzle.
- It is a simple mini-game wherein you must connect pipe pieces to release the water and place the bucket on the spout to fill it with water.
- Pour the water into the barrel three times to reveal a new room and more dragon statues.
- Leave the room and head to the wheel, where you discover a black box containing a compass. Obtain the compass and tap the Dragon Statues to notice what their plaques say.
- A new door appeared on the scene, and you must place the compass on the door to reveal a puzzle.
- To solve the puzzle, you have to hit arrows in the following directions:
- Plant -> North
- Wind -> West
- Fire -> East
- Water -> South
Enter a New Room
- As you set the direction, the door automatically opens and lets you in. Both characters have awakened a sleeping dragon. Here you must search for hidden objects, find clues, and solve a mystery to find the way out.
- First, obtain an Empty Flash from the spot and try to repair the statue by combining six pieces.
- We suggest you start solving the statue puzzle from the leg side and then go up your way to obtain a Blue Gem.
- Tap the table to open a zoomed view and read the potion book to learn how to create a potion. To solve the puzzle, you must select and place the Empty Flask on the table and try to choose bottles in the correct order, such as Purple, Blue, Yellow, Red, Green, and Orange.
- Once the potion was created, Cedrick drank it to become powerful. Now, Cedrick can move the boulder from its position.
- Move the boulder and go through the passageway to discover a new location.
- Examine the area surrounding the griffin and obtain a Hammer from the spot.
- You must find something to scare the bird; however, return to the dragon inside and use the hammer to break the box for a Flint and Steel.
- Before leaving the spot, move the box to get a Black Powder.
- Meanwhile, go to Griffin and pour the black powder.
- Use the Flint and Steel to set fire to scare Griffin and obtain eggs.
- Afterward, go back inside and give eggs to the dragon queen; she will let you know where to go.
Explore the New Location
- Going through the passageway, you may reach a new location where moving a column may help you get a torch. Examine the glass window on the entrance to see which fountain has buttons.
- Tap the fountain on the right side to open the zoom view and start solving the stone puzzles by tapping symbols in the right order from left to right: Wind, Sun, Mountain, Star, Fire, Cloud, and Moon.
- Once you solve the puzzle, the game reveals a Blue Gem for you to obtain.
- Now, you have two gems in your panel, and you must place them on floating stones to bring the fountain back to life.
- You must get a lit torch using the blue flame and go through the archway to a brazier.
- Use your torch to light both fountains and get a net nearby on the right side.
- Return to the Dragon Queen and use the Net to get some objects from the water. Afterward, unwrap the object to get a Dragon Bust.
- Go through the passageway and the archway to reach the fountain, select the Dragon Bust, and put it on the Pedestal to reveal a maze puzzle to solve.
- You start finding the path for the left side by rotating the rings and doing the same with the right-side gem.
