New York Mysteries 5 Walkthrough – Chapter 1

You start your journey on a road where you must investigate a vehicle standing on the other side. The key is in your panel, and you have to search for a Hairpin that may help you open the closet on the road. When playing New York Mysteries 5, you must think like a detective to find the hidden objects.

Task 1 – Find Michael

• New York Mysteries 5 starts with a key in your inventory that you use to unlock and get into the car. Examine the vehicle to obtain a Hairpin from its floor and keep it in your inventory for later use.

• Before obtaining the Hairpin, the game displays you a task (Find Michael) that has been started to complete.

• Leave the car, tap the telephone booth to open the zoom view, and get Mosaic Pieces.

• Close the zoom view and tap the locker on the car’s right side to open the zoom view. Use the Hairpin from your panel to unlock its door and get another Mosaic Piece.

• Tap the circuit to play a mini-game to turn all red lights into green.

• Afterward, go through the door to enter the Museum and start finding Michael to complete the first task. Pick up a Flashlight from the table and a flower emblem near the damaged floor.

• Click the pillar on the left side to get a Mosaic Piece and keep it on your list along with the other two.

• Tap the storage cabinet and put both stars in their drawer to open them for collecting a Picture and Flower.

• Put the painting on the Cart and keep it on your list for further investigation.

• Go through the doorway on the right side, tap the door to open the zoom view, and start playing a mini-game where solving the puzzle is possible using a picture from your panel.

• Drag the puzzle pieces to their related place and match the identical items to solve the puzzle.
• Once you solve the puzzle, the door opens, and the game lets you enter the room.

Enter the Engine Room

Going through the doorway may help you reach a new area where you discover a massive cylinder with a leaked pipeline from the valve side. Your first goal is to find the UV light and solve puzzles.

• On the left side, there’s a shelf where you discover a blue-colored toolbox. Use the Wrench from your panel to open that box and obtain the Lubricant Aerosol and Insulation Tape.
• Open the trapdoor and use the ladder to enter the basement to find fifteen hidden objects, including Infinity Sign, UV Lamp, and Crown. To discover all the hidden things, see the image given below.

Examine the Vehicle
