First of all, tap the briefcase on the floor to discover a small bottle that will add to your inventory.
Discover and tap on the dog to see four shapes printed on its rug and numbers printed on the photo frame.

Head to the treasure chest on the right side and draw the same dog shapes on the chest locker to unlock it and pick up a bone inside it.
