How to Complete Phantom Flipper Challenge?

Completing Bitlife’s Phantom Flipper Challenge becomes easy when players from worldwide come to know how to achieve tasks available in the Challenge. To start, you must create a new character and follow the below steps.

Become an Exorcist

Unlike many other popular jobs, you don’t need a college or university degree because becoming an Exorcist in Phantom Flipper Challenge requires you to have a High School Degree. So, it would help if you started your new life and completed high school. Click on the “Jobs” section and search for the title “Exorcist” after completing your graduation. Give interviews and get passed to become an Exorcist.

Purchase 10+ Haunted Properties

The second objective in Phantom Flipper Challenge requires you to acquire “Haunted Properties.” To complete the second task, click the “Activities” tab and search for the option “Shopping.” Next, choose “Real Estate Brokers” and buy any house with the title of Haunted to complete the task.

You must purchase 10 Haunted Properties; therefore, you need a lot of money. Keep doing a high-paying job and collect money to complete the task.

Exorcise 15+ Spirits

It is your third objective in the Phantom Flipper challenge and requires you to Exorcise up to 15 Spirits. To complete the third objective, you have to visit the “Assets” tab and conduct a search for “Haunted Properties.” Once you discover, choose the Spirits option and start to exorcise them. Once you drive out 15 spirits, the objective will be marked as done.

Earn more $5+ Million Profits by Flipping Haunted Properties

It could be challenging to complete the fourth objective because it requires you to earn more than 5 Million by flipping haunted properties. When it comes to making money, you have to invest your money in renovating your property and resale them at a high price. To do so, you must visit the “Renovate” option and set the budget. Once the renovation is completed, you can sell the property at a high price to make a profit. This is the way you can use to make over $5 Million to complete the fourth objective.

Live in a Haunted Mansion

The last objective is to task you with living in the Haunted house, but first, having a haunted house is mandatory. As in the second objective, you must purchase the mansion labeled as haunted from the Shopping Section and start living there to complete the last task.
