To Complete the Generous Boss Challenge, you have to achieve five main objectives that are given below:

• Have a Salary of less than $100k for over Ten Years

How to Complete the Generous Boss Challenge in Bitlife?

Completing Bitlife Challenge becomes easy when you know how to achieve each task. So, start your life with a new character of your choice, and then start following the steps given below.

Own a Company with More Than 20 Facilities

As in the real world, the purchasing company in Bitlife isn’t easy; however, you can buy one when you have at least a balance of $280K in your bank account. Therefore, the best way to collect a huge amount of money requires you to do a high-paying medical job as a doctor, a software engineer, and more. You have two options: register a new company or use the acquire option to buy a company under the Special Careers Menu.

Once you own a company, you should work your way to expand the facilities and put your company on the way to success by earning more money. To complete the first objective, you have to acquire 20 companies.

Own a Company that Sells more than Five Products

The second objective seems pretty simple; you only need to launch and run five products under the same company banner. After acquiring or owning a company, you need to tap the “Add a Product” option under the Activities Tab in the Company to release a new product. To find the option, you must scroll down the list after clicking the “Activities Tab.”

Don’t forget to consult anyone and complete your marketing research before launching the product. Once you successfully launch five products, your second task will be completed.

Give Employees more than $250k in Bonuses

Your third objective to complete the Generous Boss Challenge requires you to give bonuses of $250K to your employees. However, to complete the task, you must head to the “Employee” option under the Company “Activities Tab,” select your employee, and hit the bonus button.

To complete the third challenge, you must keep repeating the process until you exceed $250K. You can’t pay the max amount of bonus because it varies from company to company.

Pay Your Employees the Big Bucks for over Ten Years

The fourth task revolves around paying your employees the big bucks for an extended period of 10 years. However, it would help if you modified the employee’s salary by merely visiting the “Payrolls” option under the Activities Tab of the company.

• First, click on Payrolls.
• Second, adjust the compensation by changing the option from Default to Big Bucks.
• Last, maintain the same salary option for the next ten years.

Have a Salary of less than $100k for over Ten Years

After achieving four objectives, the last task requires you to maintain your salary of less than $100K for ten years. To complete the last task, you must visit your company’s Activities Tab and choose the option “Salary.” Set your salary of less than $100K annually and keep it for the next ten years to complete the Generous Boss Challenge.
