Introduction

Forgotten Hill Tales is an Adventure, Hidden Object, and Single-player Puzzle video game released by FM-Studio for Mobile Devices. The gameplay resembles Samsara Room, Ghost Case, and Haunted Laia. Furthermore, it serves as the title of the Forgotten Hill series, putting you in a critical situation to test your survival skills. The storyline occurs in a small Cabin in the Woods, where a boy with a painful past is looking for a way out.

Because of a violent, tragic event, the boy was forced to live locked up in the woods for many years, but the day has come when he gets a chance to escape. Therefore, the boy needs your help finding hidden objects, solving tricky puzzles, and reaching the end to reveal dark secrets. Like Haunted Laia, your objective is to search for hidden objects and keep them in your inventory at the bottom of the screen. You can select the item you need to solve the puzzle and open new areas to explore.

Help the Boy Escape the Woods

As mentioned above, the boy is in trouble, and he needs your help to make his escape plan. You should jump after improving the detective skills that help you discover clues and utilize them to solve tricky puzzles across the scenes. The more you play the game, the more complicated it becomes. You aren’t limited to exploring only one room as the game has featured five to six different rooms that will be changed as you tap the arrows around the screen. Forgotten Hill Tales Walkthrough

The story revolves around Paul Frazer, who had been playing with his friend Alvin all afternoon when they took the shortcut to their home. Then, suddenly an evil man appeared at the scene to grab them and take them away. The man forced them to wear striped shirts and took them to a strange place along with other kids.

• First off, pick up a feather from the plant pot and add it to your inventory.
• Before leaving the room, don’t forget to discover the painting with ancient creatures and notice their shapes.

Room 2

Tap the arrow on the left side to discover Room 2 and start finding hidden objects. You have to open the door next to the mirror by merely setting the images you saw back in the first room.

• Tap the door next to the mirror and set the shapes you found on the painting. To solve the puzzle, see the image given below.

• Once you solve the puzzle, the door gets opened, and you can go through it to discover a new area.

Room 2 – Area 1

After going through the doorway, you may find yourself in a new room sequence. Tap the left arrow to discover other rooms.

• Tap the left arrow to discover a few objects on the wall. Tap the paper under the painting to find clues.

Area 2

• Next, tap the left arrow to reach Level 3, where two doors are available to interact with and find hidden objects.

Area 3

• You are in the third room, where you will discover two doors. Open the left side door and get into a new area. Tap the book on the table to read and hit the back button.

Area 4

• Hit the left arrow to reach Room 4 and investigate the painting to discover four heads and their directions.

Reach Room 1 and hit the back button to go to the front rooms.

Return to Room 1

After getting information about the backside rooms, you should head to the first room, where you discover a plant pot and four statues.

• To solve the puzzle, you have to set the statues following the stands behind them and their faces, as shown below.

• Once you solve the puzzle, the game gives you a “Heart” that you must collect and keep in your inventory for later use.

Go through the Room 2 and Area 2

Reach Room 2, go through the doorway to reach Area 1, and hit the left arrow two times to discover two doors.

Room 2 -> Doorway -> Area 1 -> Area 3 -> Left Side Door

• Go through the left door to discover two stands on the table and a book between them.
• Select the feather and a heart from your inventory and put them on the stands.
• The cabinet will open as you keep both items on the stand, and you can collect Coin and Flower at the scene.

• Hit the back button to leave the room.

Go to the Area 6

After leaving the room, hit the left arrow two times to reach Section 6 to discover a statue between two doors.

• Select the Lotus Flower, keep it on the pot full of water, and tap the statue’s cap to get a key.

• Open the left side door and go through it to discover a new room.

Left Door

Open the door on the left side and go through it to discover a new area that contains two rooms. As you enter the room, hit the left arrow and go there to find the clue.

Return to Area 3

After getting the information, you should hit the back button and return to Area 3. Head to the right side door and go through it to get into a new room.

Going through the door may help you discover several objects, including ancient statues and a mummy case.

Tap the block under the Statue and set four different shapes. As you set the images correctly, the cabinet will get opened.
