First, tap the stairs on the left side to discover a step repaired with the wooden piece. Click on that piece to discover the towel and tap to add it to your list.

Open your inventory, select the towel, and hit the dismantle button to get a red-colored button.
Tap the stairs again and fix the button on the board to open the drain cover.
Click the cupboard near the stairs and obtain a Pipe Wrench below the drawers.
