GTA 6 Characters: Jason, Lucia and the Full Confirmed Cast Explained

Rockstar Games has spent the months leading up to launch quietly building out an official cast page on rockstargames.com, and it is the most detailed look yet at who actually populates Leonida. Beyond leads Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, Rockstar has now put names, quotes and portraits to seven supporting players who orbit the game's criminal underworld. Here is every character Rockstar itself has confirmed, what their official bios say about them, and how they fit into the world of GTA 6.

1. Jason Duval: The Army Vet Who Can't Catch a Break

Jason is one half of the game's playable duo. Rockstar's official line on him is blunt: "Jason wants an easy life, but things just keep getting harder." His fuller bio fills in the background: he grew up around grifters and crooks, did a stint in the Army trying to shake off a troubled adolescence, and ended up back in the Florida Keys running drugs for local smugglers because it's the one thing he's always known how to do.

2. Lucia Caminos: Leonida's First Playable Woman Lead

Lucia is the series' first playable female protagonist in a mainline Grand Theft Auto game, and Rockstar's official bio makes clear she's spent her whole life earning that toughness: "Lucia's father taught her to fight as soon as she could walk." The rest of her write-up explains how that upbringing played out — fighting for her family eventually landed her in the Leonida Penitentiary, and only sheer luck got her back out. Rockstar's parting line on her is a promise about who she's becoming: "only smart moves from here."

3. Cal Hampton: Jason's Conspiracy-Addicted Best Friend

Cal is described by Rockstar as "Jason's friend and a fellow associate of Brian's." His official tagline leans straight into his personality: "What if everything on the internet was true?" The bio paints him as a homebody who "feels safest hanging at home, snooping on Coast Guard comms with a few beers and some private browser tabs open" — less a hardened criminal than a guy who got pulled into Jason and Brian's orbit and never quite left.

4. Boobie Ike: Vice City's Self-Made Mogul

Boobie is the cast's clearest success story — at least on the surface. Rockstar calls him "a local Vice City legend," and his official bio explains why: he's "one of the few to transform his time in the streets into a legitimate empire spanning real estate, a strip club, and a recording studio." That empire includes the Jack of Hearts strip club, which gives Boobie his tagline: "It's all about heart — the Jack of Hearts." Rockstar is careful to note the limits of his charm, too — he's "all smiles until it's time to talk business."

5. Dre'Quan Priest: Only Raw Records

Dre'Quan runs in Boobie's circle and shares his hustle instinct, just aimed at music instead of real estate. His tagline references his label outright: "Only Raw... Records." Rockstar's bio is direct about his path: "Dre'Quan was always more of a hustler than a gangster. Even when he was dealing on the streets to make ends meet, breaking into music was the goal."

6. Real Dimez: Bae-Luxe and Roxy's Viral Hustle

Real Dimez isn't one person but a duo — Bae-Luxe and Roxy, longtime friends who built an online following out of necessity. Their official tagline is pure social-media logic: "Viral videos. Viral hooks." Rockstar's bio spells out how they got there: the pair have "been friends since high school — girls with the savvy to turn their time shaking down local dealers into cold, hard cash via spicy rap tracks and a relentless social media presence."

7. Raul Bautista: The Bank Robber Looking for Talent

Raul is the character most explicitly tied to GTA's traditional heist structure. His tagline — "Experience counts." — sets up a bio that reads like a recruitment pitch: "Confidence, charm, and cunning — Raul's a seasoned bank robber always on the hunt for talent ready to take the risks that bring the biggest rewards." Of everyone on this list, Raul looks like the one most likely to pull Jason and Lucia into bigger, more organized jobs as the story develops.

8. Brian Heder: The Old-School Smuggler of the Keys

Brian is the cast's elder statesman, and Rockstar leans into that with his tagline: "Nothing better than a Mudslide at sunset." His bio places him squarely in the Keys' smuggling history: "Brian's a classic drug runner from the golden age of smuggling in the Keys. Still moving product through his boat yard with his third wife, Lori, Brian's been around long enough to let others do his dirty work." He's the character most directly tied to Jason's own backstory as a drug runner working for "local drug runners" in the Keys.

9. How the Cast Connects

Read together, Rockstar's eight official bios sketch out a loose but legible map of Leonida's underworld. Jason links to Brian and the Keys drug trade, and to Cal through friendship. Boobie and Dre'Quan share a music-and-nightlife axis built around the Jack of Hearts and Only Raw Records. Real Dimez seems to orbit that same nightlife scene. Raul stands slightly apart as the professional who can pull everyone into a bigger score. And Lucia, fresh out of Leonida Penitentiary, is the wild card whose choices Rockstar has framed as the story's real hook.

None of this is a cast list in the traditional sense — Rockstar still hasn't announced voice actors, and there's no guarantee these eight are the only named characters players will meet when the game launches. But as official, Rockstar-sourced introductions go, this is the most any single source has confirmed about who you'll actually be dealing with in Leonida.
