The scene shifts to Millfield College, Emily’s, in search of clues. Dogs are allowed, and a chihuahua named Biscuit is guarding the front desk. However, Biscuit doesn’t have Emily’s, so exploring the area is necessary.
- Begin by speaking with a squirrel who mentions a desire for nuts. Move a book aside to find a coin and use it in the vending machine. Retrieve the trail mix and place it in the bowl to distract the chihuahua from the squirrel.
- With Biscuit distracted, the bulletin board and computer behind the desk become accessible. Start by taking the keycard from the bulletin board.
- Next, approach the computer and solve a puzzle by arranging tiles to form an image of Biscuit. The tiles rotate by tapping the blue nodes. Two puzzles need to be completed.
- Check the email on the computer. It provides the room numbers of volunteers and the tasks they completed. Her room number is identified by combining this information with the photo on the bulletin board and Emily’s Emily’s.
- Emily has blonde hair and blue glasses; in the photo, she’s a dog, indicating she’s 303. Also, note the visitor access code: 894.

- Similar to the pepperoni puzzle from Chapter 1, a continuous scent trail must be created using all the segments.
- With the necklace recovered, return to Emily’s. Emily’s necklace on the jewelry box to open it, revealing that Frederick paid Emily for something.
- The chapter concludes as Stella and Frederick meet back at the office. Read through the dialogue to complete the chapter.
